Abstract submission:
The abstract submission deadline is Friday, April 7th, 2017; late abstracts will not be accepted and no extensions will be given beyond this date so please plan accordingly. You will be allowed to submit as many abstracts as you need to but, because of the crowded schedule, we would prefer it if each participant planned to give only one oral presentation.

The abstracts will appear in an electronic appendix to the programme.

Please click here to download the abstract preparation and submission instructions.

Presenter Information:
All contributed talks are 15 minutes in duration, including time for questions. Rooms will be equipped with PC computers running Microsoft PowerPoint. No other media formats (e.g. slides) or software will be available, and participants will not be able to connect their personal computers to the projectors. Please bring your talk on a USB key, and ensure your presentation is loaded on the appropriate computer at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your session. Please save your PowerPoint files as ‘YOUR SURNAME CSZ 2017’.

Posters will be displayed on Wednesday, May 17th in the multipurpose room in University Centre. They should be set up no later than 3:15 pm and taken down immediately following the poster session. Maximum poster dimensions are: 90 cm (width) × 115 (height) cm. Authors are asked to be present at their posters between 4:30-5:30 pm for even numbers, and between 5:30-6:30 pm for odd numbers.
